Our patented four step technology allows us to utilize twenty-three different feedstocks, many of which traditional biofuel refiners cannot.

OUR FEEDSTOCKS

Our process will convert oils, fats, and greases into renewable diesel, jet, and naphtha. The fuels produced will be nearly molecularly identical to traditional fuels made from petroleum, making it 100% drop-in ready, unlike biodiesel.

FOUR

Waste and energy oils are passed through an HCU reactor to be cleaned up, resulting in clean FFA.

This is then passed through a CH reactor for cracking and cyclization to produce CH crude oil.

The crude is then passed through a hydrotreater for olefin saturation and deoxygenation.

The resulting hydrocarbon product is then distilled to produce renewable naptha, jet, and diesel fuels.

THE RESULTS

‚ÄčOur renewable diesel exceeds ASTM USLD fuel standards, including cetane rating, sulfur content, pour point, cloud point, and emissions standards.

Our renewable naphtha exceeds ASTM fuel standards for gasoline feedstocks, including octane rating and Tier 3 sulfur content.
